Project Management

The construction management, supervision and quality control was and still is a standalone project from the owner's point of view. One of the most important outcome gathered by the owner and the owner's rep. is that the quality control was the weakest link at the first project, and perhaps this is the biggest change in the second one.

Together with the owner's rep. Sea Alliance Group have built a construction and supervision management team that consists of Mr. Pino G Di Mora as the project manager on site. Di Mora is a certified surveyor and a very experience engineer on cruise ships and mega yachts, together with a second engineer to assist in logging, following and monitoring every screw, pipe and cable laid under construction. Sea-Alliance Group with its daughter company Seanergy Ltd. orchestrated this amazing symphony and verified the complete and next to perfect fulfillment of all the agreements and contracts undertaken with the owner by the various subcontractors including the shipyard of course. Schedule and quality became major parameters for success to both us at Sea Alliance Group as well as to Baglietto which outperformed probably any boat they ever built in the past.

Sea Alliance Group combines all past experience and knowhow that has been gathered along the years in Seanergy Ltd, Stream Yachts Ltd & Sea- Alliance Ltd. As well as the incomparable maritime and business merit of Roy Klajman and Itay Singer who both have vast experience both long before the group founded.

Sea Alliance Group - Yacht Management (YM)

In 1999 the first of our companies- "Seanergy" has been established to introduce a yacht management and maintenance concept in the Eastern Med. Seanergy is the part of Sea Alliance Group which practically deals with each and every aspect of the yachts systems, logistics, crew and finance at all times. Seanergy has become a well-known name, synonymous with the maintenance and management for all sizes of yachts.

Today, Sea Alliance Group supplies a "hands on" services to over 50 yachts as well as supervising the construction of several mega yachts currently being built by the leading shipyards in Europe.

The yacht owner can find various options of services in our YM division. Sea Alliance Group has its in house full service technical team, including a workshop and very highly skilled technical team.

Pino G Di Mora - Construction Project Manager

Pino G Di Mora started his career in 1988 in the Navy.With a diploma in Marine Engineering and 20 years of sea service as an Engineer Officer, he has spentthe last 11 years on super yachts.

Di Mora's past onboard experience gives him a 360° view of the industry. Enabling him to smoothly coordinate technical and political issues during the construction, support and advise not only the Owners but also the designers, engineers, crew and especially the shipyards in finding the best solutions for every situation.

Pino's top priority is "always make sure the Owners understand what they are getting and ensure that the end result matches their original expectations."

ANCORA is an amazing project from many aspects and an example of perfect integration and cooperation between the Owner's team and Shipyard.
